Royal Mail Sized PIP Postal Boxes

DL sized postal mailing box designed to fit through Royal Mail large letter template. This box has been manufactured to meet the new PIP regulations in order to save you postal charges that would normally be classed as a small packet or parcel.

Manufactured in a single wall (E-flute) brown lightweight cardboard, the box comes flat but is easy to assemble with tape giving a secure and durable pack, ideal for sending small books, cards, diaries, DVDs and small items of jewellery etc.

Please note there are weight limitations of 750g on the large letter service, and each box weighs 25g.

The internal dimensions of the box are 217mm x 108mm x 20mm,
giving the external dimensions of 221mm x 111mm x 25mm. The imperial size is approx. 8.5" x 4" x 3/4".

Typical savings one could make are:

1. A small parcel weighing up to 100g would cost £2.60 to send via Royal Mail second class post,
   but with one of our PIP boxes and contents weighing up to 100g would cost only 69p at April 2013 Royal Mail prices.
2. A small parcel weighing up to 250g would cost £2.60 to send via Royal Mail second class post,
   but with one of our PIP boxes and contents weighing up to 250g would cost only £1.10 at April 2013 Royal Mail prices.
3. A small parcel weighing up to 500g would cost £2.60 to send via Royal Mail second class post,
   but with one of our PIP boxes and contents weighing up to 500g would cost only £1.40 at April 2013 Royal Mail prices.
