Delivery FAQs
If I order today when do I receive my order?
Deliveries placed and paid before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day by the delivery service selected at checkout stage. We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
*Although 95% of our parcels are delivered on time - please note this is not a guaranteed service.
I won’t be home for my delivery, what can I do?
We can ask the courier to leave safe with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you mention this when placing the order we can aim to deliver on a set date when we know you will be home.
I live outside the UK, can you deliver to me?
Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK. This is something that we are looking to introduce and we will be sure to advertise this well once it is available. This also means we cannot deliver to Republic of Ireland.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will attempt twice before holding the parcel for 3 working days. These two attempts will be consecutive working days. A third attempt can be authorised by us once contacted as long as it is within the three working days, after this charges will be incurred.
I ordered with the wrong address, can I change the address once the order is processed?
If we change an address once the order has been shipped then charges will apply, these charges will have to be passed on so make sure the address is correct before confirming your order.
I have not received my parcel and my order is late.
Please do not hesitate to call us on 01474 410010 to get an update on your order, we will be able to track your order or give you the required information so you can yourself. Chances are there has been a delay with the order or the delivery may have been attempted and a calling card not left, this does sometimes happen.
Can I collect my order?
If you would like to collect your order, please click the 'Collect in Person' option at the checkout. Please note our warehouse collection times are Monday-Friday 8am to 2pm.
