Royal Mail PiP Boxes
We have introduced this new range of boxes to help our customers fully utilise Royal Mail’s new “Small Parcel” and “Large Letter” pricing structures from April 2013. The external dimensions utilises the maximum size limits, giving the maximum volume one can post using each postal category. Our small parcel box weighs only 205g with its self locking mechanism resulting in a quick and easy assembly without requiring any tape, with the large letter (DL sized) outer weighing only 25g.

Royal Mail Sized PIP Postal Boxes- Each box sized 16.25" x 13.25" x 2.75" (Internal dimensions: 415mm x 337mm x 70mm giving external dimensions: 449mm x 349mm x 79mm)
- Manufactured in a Singlewall brown cardboard, the box construction is a very strong and self-locking resulting in a quick and easy assembly requiring no tape.
- Designed to meet the new pricing structure set by the Royal Mail.
- There are weight limitations of 2Kg on their service and our box weighs 205g. Do not over pack as you may risk your parcel being rejected as a small parcel.
